Columella Coda di Volpe is a wine that comes from a very ancient variety of white-peeled grapes from Valle Caudina, with a typically aromatic, fruity and scented flavor. Cultivated since the Roman Age, Columella Coda di Volpe has an average strength and mid-late ripening time. Distinctive of the wine variety are its big, lateral bunch with small grapes.
Bright wine of golden yellow nicely fragrant and aromatic, particularly sweet in its first year while ageing it assumes a dry and fresh taste. The wine descends from agricultural cuisine of small villages in Campania. Fragrant and aphrodisiac, it pairs perfectly with vegetables and seafood.
